Parkin Medical provides first aid training courses for companies, groups and individuals.

2. Course Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made online, by phone or via email.

• Full payment must be made before attending a course unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the permitted timeframe (see Section 4).

3. Course Attendance & Certification

• Attendees must arrive on time. Late arrivals may be refused entry without a refund.

• Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

• Some courses provide full certification, while others offer a Certificate of Completion—course details will specify the type of certification awarded.

• Some courses require practical assessments; failure to participate may result in non-certification.

  • If training is not carried out at the candidate’s or customer’s premises, the course will take place at our training facility:

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations by Participants:

  • More than 7 days before the course: Full refund or reschedule.

  • Less than 7 days before the course: No refund, reschedule subject to availability.

• Cancellations by Parkin Medical:

  • If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health & Safety

• Participants must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to take part.

• Parkin Medical is not liable for injuries sustained during practical training unless caused by our negligence.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Our courses provide guidance and training, but we are not responsible for how first aid is applied in real situations.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of information provided in our training sessions.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal information collected during bookings is stored securely and used only for course administration.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
