You are welcome to bring your own lunch or you can purchase it on the day from the pub or nearby shops. We also recommend bringing a notebook for any personal notes you may want to make during the course. Refreshments will be provided throughout the course to keep you comfortable and focused.

How long is a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate valid for?
Upon successfully completing the course, learners will be awarded a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate approved by the FAIB. This qualification remains valid for three years.
How long is the Basic Life Support (BLS) course?
Our courses usually run from 9.30 to 4.30 which includes a half-hour lunch and 2 short 15 min breaks.
